Before purchasing any equipment, you should confirm all important information—such as pricing and specifications—directly with the seller.

We strongly recommend that buyers:

• Personally inspect the crane prior to purchase, or
• Hire an independent third-party inspection service.

CraneNetwork.com does not guarantee the performance, condition, or legitimacy of any crane listed on the platform.

2. Buying and Selling Cranes

CraneNetwork.com connects buyers and sellers of cranes, related equipment, parts, and attachments. All listing content (including specifications and pricing) is provided by the seller, not by CraneNetwork.com. The terms of any sale—including final price—are determined solely through direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller.

Please note:

• Prices listed typically do not include taxes, title fees, licensing, financing charges, emissions or compliance fees, or any other related costs.
• Buyers and sellers are expected to exercise good judgment, diligence, and common sense—similar to any large financial transaction.

We expect all users to act in good faith. CraneNetwork.com cannot verify the accuracy of listings or guarantee the authenticity of payment methods or transactions. As such, we recommend:

• Always inspecting cranes in person or via third-party inspection.
• Using caution and confirming all payment methods before finalizing a sale.

Seller Responsibilities

When listing a crane on CraneNetwork.com, you agree to:

• Be ready and able to sell the crane at the listed price and terms.
• Accurately provide identifying and contact information.
• Allow buyers to contact you directly.
• Not charge buyers for access to information about listed cranes.

CraneNetwork.com reserves the right to deny access or remove listings for users who violate these terms or use the website inappropriately.

🔒 Payment and Billing Policy

By purchasing any monthly crane advertising package on CraneNetwork.com, you agree to automatic recurring billing after the first month of service. Your credit card will be automatically charged each month until you cancel.

To cancel automatic billing, you must do one of the following before your next billing cycle:

• Mark your crane(s) as SOLD and click CANCEL AD in your account.
• Call us directly at 1-214-612-7626.
• Email info@cranenetwork.com. Note: We do not guarantee cancellation via email; phone cancellation is strongly encouraged.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge:

• All listing fees are non-refundable, regardless of sale outcome.
• Monthly billing will continue automatically until you cancel.
• Partial months are not prorated. If you cancel mid-cycle, your ad remains active until the billing period ends.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment and billing information on your account.

Failure to cancel properly may result in additional charges. CraneNetwork.com reserves the right to remove listings for unpaid or overdue accounts.

Fraud and Misuse

Any seller who accepts full payment but fails to deliver the crane to the buyer is committing fraud. CraneNetwork.com reserves the right to charge that seller additional fees—above the standard listing rates—to recover buyer losses and protect platform integrity.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Misleading, false, or incomplete listings damage buyer trust and may result in account suspension or listing removal.

3. Links to Third-Party Websites

CraneNetwork.com may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the products, services, or content on those sites. You release CraneNetwork.com from any liability or claims arising from your use of third-party websites.

4. Ownership and Permissions

This website and all its content are the property of CraneNetwork.com and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. You may:

• View and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use website content without written permission.
