The company was founded in 1999 by Lanny Beach, Jr., who has over 20 years of experience in the welding and millwright business.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Top Bead Welding started out with two trucks and two employees. It was a home-based business serving the feed mill industry that quickly grew into a small shop. In 2002, Lanny moved the business into a brand-new, four-bay shop in Broadway. Hard work and a solid reputation for reliability and skill have enabled us to continue to grow steadily, and we now have a staff of 30 employees. Our service area has expanded to include the East Coast as well as the Shenandoah Valley, and we regularly complete projects for customers in the agricultural, commercial, industrial and residential industries.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Although we've grown, the bottom line at Top Bead Welding is still our dedication to our customers.
