Root's Crane

Gary J. Root graduated from Michigan State University in 1988 and immediately went to work for a General Contractor as an operator. In 1995, an opportunity presented itself that enabled Gary to purchase an 11 ton boom truck with an existing client base. Root's Crane Service was born. For the past 10 years, we have established ourselves as a company with great pride and dedication in providing the best service. Root's Crane now includes two rigs, a 15 ton and 23½ ton. Here at Root's Crane, we pride ourselves in having the latest model equipment and experienced operators. Both units have front outriggers and jibs enabling us to offer the best service possible. Maximum reach with the 15 ton unit using the jibs would be 102 ft Maximum reach with the 23 ½ ton unit using the jibs would be 140 feet.
