Dutcher-Phipps has been serving the Permian Basin since 1973. We are a family owned and operated business with three generation of knowledge and experience in the crane rental industry. Our crane operators have decades of safe, efficient expertise. Dutcher-Phipps' operators learn how to operate cranes from the ground up. In other words, every operator with Dutcher-Phipps is hired as a rigger and learns the proper operation of the equipment over a period of one to three years. This means we know these men before they have the opportunity to become an operator with us. By that time, we know their work ethic, safety habits, dependability and knowledge before they are even considered. Furthermore, all of our crane operators are NCCCO trained and certified. No other crane company in the area can say the same thing.
