     C William Hetzer Inc. is a Washington County MD Based Contractor. Our operating range usually falls within a 50 mile radius of our office. Much of our work falls within the Cumberland and Shenandoah Valleys between Winchester VA and Chambersburg PA. As a Company focused on Direct Hire Construction; we self-perform the great majority of our Contracting Volume. We actively pursue work in Washington and Frederick Counties in MD, Berkley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties in WV, and Franklin and Fulton Counties in PA and Loudoun and Frederick Counties in VA.

     Founded in 1950 and Incorporated in 1955, we have developed an extensive record over the years in Heavy Civil, Highway, Utility, and Site Construction. Our Staff includes five Civil Engineers With (three of them holding PE License). We have on Staff one Registered Full time Surveyor and two stakeout crews. Our success however is founded on competent on-site supervision, hard-working, dedicated tradesman and ownership of an extensive and well- maintained fleet of equipment. We work hard to to maintain our reputation for performance and quality.
