This crane plate is made of UHMWPE.
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene leg pad than the previous wood pad, iron pad wear-resisting compression performance stronger, and light weight, easy handling, more convenient to use, increased work efficiency, extending the use of the pad life.
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene wear-resistant compression leg pad performance:
1, wear-resistant plastic crown, nylon and PTFE 4 times higher than 6 times higher than carbon steel;
2, the first column of impact strength plastic, PC 2 times, 5 times the ABS, and liquid nitrogen temperature (-196 ℃) to maintain high toughness;
3, self-lubricating and PTFE quite, the friction coefficient is only 0.07-0.11;
4, the impact energy absorption value is the highest in all plastics, noise reduction effect is very good;
5, high chemical stability, in a certain temperature and concentration range to withstand a variety of corrosive media and organic media role;
6, strong anti-adhesion, second only to Teflon;
7, completely hygienic and non-toxic, can be used for contact with food and medicine;
