Location..Pennsylvania. (15401) S/N..146. Enclosed cab, Cummins 504 diesel engine, powershift, 20.5-25 tires, telescoping boom, hydraulic outriggers. The engine started and ran with smoke that did not clear. The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse. 1st gear is operational but 2nd and 3rd gear are not. The hoist cables are in a bind and the boom could not be extended. The hydraulic outriggers did not respond to the controls. The main components appear to be in place, but this machine is not fully operational.
