2027 Link-Belt TCC-1800 180 ton telescopic boom crawler crane.
2 Available for 2026 delivery.
The TCC-1800 is fitted with a Link-Belt Built, 42.7–197.3-foot "Greaseless" six-section pin and latch boom combined with a 55-foot bi-fold hydraulically offsetable SmartFly and up to three 18-foot lattice extensions, achieving a maximum tip height of 314 feet. With exceptional capacities, the crane can reach up and over structures, getting the job done with ease.
Other features such as a Stage V/Tier 4 Final Cummins QSB6.7 diesel engine with auto-idle help reduce fuel consumption while meeting the demanding horsepower needs of even the toughest jobs. Enhancing this performance is an available Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), a smart solution that keeps essential cab systems like climate control, crane displays, radio, and lighting powered without running the main engine. This reduces idle time, saves fuel, and ensures operators stay comfortable and productive on every job.
The TCC-1800 includes a variety of thoughtful standard design features such as centralized grease and electrical locations, a wireless rigging remote, fall arrest anchors, and swing boundary poles. New ergonomic dual-axis controls provide free swing and auto brake capabilities with ease.
Notably, its in-house-designed Pulse 2.0 Rated Capacity Limiter, shared with other Link-Belt machines, is designed to simplify interfacing with the crane’s many features and capabilities. In a few simple taps of the 10-inch touchscreen display, an operator can set ground bearing pressure alarms or use fine metering for precise picks. Integrated within the display are easy-to-use onboard diagnostics that keep the TCC-1800 running at peak performance with straightforward Wi-Fi updates and remote troubleshooting
Engineered for parts commonality and reliability, the TCC-1800 incorporates robust undercarriage components such as rollers, chains, and nylon pad inserts proven on the TCC-2500. By utilizing designs from other models, this crane’s lower is engineered for the toughest conditions, maximizing its lifetime.
Transportability was at the forefront of the design process, with full self-assembly capabilities particularly in mind. The TCC-1800 main unit ships under 108,000 pounds with boom, main and auxiliary wire ropes, a 120-ton hook block, and a 10-foot hydraulic offsetable SmartFly — an industry-leading design.
Additionally, the TCC-1800 is Link-Belt’s first model to include two independent extension cylinders for each side frame. This allows for smooth extension and retraction of the tracks all controlled from the cab to achieve Variable Confined Area Lifting Capacities (V-CALC), affording the crane infinite track positioning, nine different 360-degree lifting charts with pick and carry, including counter rotation, to make the TCC-1800 a perfect asset for any job site.
The TCC-1800 is built to go where other cranes cannot. With its ability to retract its boom and tracks to maneuver under low, narrow structures, it can adapt quickly and easily to challenging environments. This versatility makes it an ideal solution to many demanding jobs such as building data centers, bridges, or refineries. Engineered to perform in extreme conditions from the coldest climates to the hottest, it delivers dependable operation wherever the job takes place.
The TCC-1800 sets a new standard for telescopic crawler cranes, delivering performance backed with a strong dealer network for Link-Belt Cranes’ customers. Shipments for the TCC-1800 will begin by the third quarter of 2026.
