This unit sustained damage on July 16, 2016 when it became submerged in a retention area on a construction site following a heavy rain storm. At the time of the loss, the tracks, counterweight, and 80ft of boom were attached to the crane. Once the water levels receded, the oil was drained from the engine and contained approximately 5 gallons of water. The filters were changed, and the unit was able to start and move from the area. Please refer to the attached photos and bid accordingly.

There is removal assistance available. Location will disable and load unit onto Buyers trailers. Buyer and/or transport company must provide a certificate of insurance prior to accessing the property and removing the unit. The Seller is paying the disassembly expense and the Buyer is responsible for paying the transport expense. Buyer is responsible for all other labor, equipment, logistics and associated fees to remove the unit. Location requires at least a 48-hour notice prior to removal.

Removal: Monday - Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM)

Inspections: Onsite inspections and demo to take place on Friday, December 2nd - By Appointment Only.
