BOOM: 34 to 142 ft. 5-section, 4-plate construction, full-power boom. Integral holding valve on the telescope cylinder. Three (3) quick reeve cast iron sheaves in the boom nose.
BOOM ELEVATION: One double acting hydraulic lift cylinder with integral holding valve. (-10° to 80°)
LOAD MOMENT AND ANTI-TWO BLOCK SYSTEM: Graphical, LMI system with Audio-visual warning system and control lever lockout. Electronic display of boom angle, boom length, relative load moment indication, rated load, load, radius and boom tip height. Standard Work Area Definition System (WADS) allows the operator to pre-select and define safe working areas. When crane approaches set limits, audio-visual warnings alert the operator of the job-site obstructions.
CRANE CAB: All steel construction with acoustical lining and tinted glass throughout, deluxe seat with armrest mounted single-axis hydraulic pilot operated controllers, windshield with electric wiper, sliding skylight with sunshade and electric wiper, hot water cab heater with defroster (diesel fired with remote diesel tank mounted to cab), circulating fan, fire extinguisher, dual cab mounted work lights engine start/stop switches and signal horn.
SWING: 360° continuous rotation, planetary "Glide swing" with foot actuated multi-disk brake and pinion guard.
COUNTERWEIGHT: 5,400 lbs. non-removable counterweight.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Pressure compensated, load-sense, closed-center hydraulic system with (1) left-hand rotation, variable displacement piston pump; 100 gallon hydraulic reservoir, external sight level indicator, filter condition indicator; oil temperature gauge and boom rest mounted oil cooler with electric fan and butterfly valve on the suction line.
HOIST: One (1) main hoist with grooved drum, two-speed power up and down, automatic multi-disc brake, electronic drum rotation indicator (DRI), and drum cable follower. Bare drum maximum pull 15,000 pounds low speed.
WIRE ROPE: 450’ of 5/8” (16 mm) diameter 35x7 (5:1 Design Factor) for main hoist. Single line pull 11,250 lbs.
HOOKBLOCK: 20 ton, 328 lb. single sheave, "quick reeve" type block with swivel hook and safety latch.
OUTRIGGERS: Hydraulic front and rear. Two-section extendable beams with integral check valves for 360° operation; 24 in. diameter aluminum outrigger floats. (3) Position settings: 0%, 50% and 100%. Controls located in crane cab and on both sides of subframe. Single front stabilizer.
STABILIZERS: Single front stabilizer - folds for tilting truck hood. SFO has the “first up” feature.
DECKING/LADDERS/BUMPER: Full-length steel decking on both sides of crane, fold down ladder on drivers side of decking for crane cab access, one(1) removable ladder stowed/locked at the rear of crane frame that can be used for passenger side & driver side rear for crane access, two(2) mud flaps which attach to truck frame and full width rear bumper which bolts to truck frame.
MISCELLANEOUS STANDARD EQUIPMENT: 360° stable, Back-up alarm, hour meter in crane cab, outrigger motion alarm, marker and indicator lights, two (2) owner’s manuals (1 English paper copy & 1 digital copy on CD), EET included and rotation house lock (for when boom is stowed over the truck).
PAINT: Axalta Imron® Elite Productive paint. "National Platinum" color for turret, crane cab and base boom section; standard "Black" for hydraulic reservoir, SFO, torsion box (frame), inner outrigger beams, and inner boom sections.
