2012 National NBT55 Boom Truck Crane on Peterbilt 367 Chassis
Very well-maintained, lightly used 2012 National NBT55 mounted on a rugged Peterbilt 367 chassis powered by a Cummins diesel engine. Combining National Crane's proven 55-ton lifting platform with Peterbilt's heavy-duty vocational truck design, this unit is well-suited for construction, steel erection, HVAC placement, precast work, oilfield support, and general lifting applications.
This boom truck crane is being retired from our 55 to 275 ton crane fleet and is one of 3 National NBT55 we own. This was primarily kept and used as a reserve crane, which we do not need any more as we have increased the number of other mid range and larger capacity cranes in our fleet.

Hess Services Inc, in Hays KS is a tank and vessel manufacturer that operates a fleet of over the road trucks, cranes and support equipment and occasionally retires units from its fleet. This crane was an extra reserve crane we operated occasionally, but no longer need as we have two other NBT55 in our fleet.

This crane has 67,500 miles, 6,560 chassis hours, and 3,100 crane hours. Additional highlights include heat and air conditioning, tri-drive rear axles, polished aluminum wheels, and a complete set of new rubber, making this unit jobsite-ready and presentation-ready alike.
Recently fitted with all new rubber, featuring 425/65R22.5 steer tires, 215/75R17.5 pusher axle tires, 11R22.5 drive tires, tri-drive rears, and polished aluminum wheels.
