This is a 38 ton Altec. There are no issues with the boom; and no leaks. We took the boom apart and serviced it 3 years ago and at that time all of the boom internal parts (cables, pads, bearings, and bushings, etc.) were replaced and the cylinder was repacked. There is a dent on the driver's side but we are getting that fixed, as well as having the cab cleaned up and painted. This crane has been in daily use and has been a good crane. The booms are aligned still and require no shimming. The crane has a brand new winch, all new oil, a new cable, fresh rubber, collector, and numerous other parts. It's up-to-date on it's maintenance. It's certification is expired, but It can be re-certified if desired. Plenty of dunnage racks are mounted under the deck. The crane has a short wheel-base.
