The item selling has already been used by the Seller in Seller's business and was acquired second hand by the Seller. The item is sold on the basis as seen and inspected by the Buyer and is sold on and is accepted by the Buyer on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. No warranty of any kind is given by the Seller in respect of the item, express, statutory or implied as to its age, description, usage, quality, condition, suitability and fitness for any purpose and without recourse of any kind. In making the decision to purchase the item, Buyer relies on its own independent judgement, investigation and evaluation of the item and its physical condition and the Buyer shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the specification and condition of the item and its fitness for any use proposed by Buyer.
*The Seller will make the item available at Seller"s yard without any readiness or packaging. The Buyer shall pick up the item within the end of January 2019. Incoterms 2010 Ex Works apply.
