The engine started and ran. The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse, but the components could not be operationally checked, due to no steering. The hydraulics did not function properly, will not steer, will move some functions when 2 levers are used at once, though movement is very slow. Major leaks in turret area and at top of hydraulic tank. The brakes were not operationally checked.
