No power is connected to cranes, and motors have been removed from gantry drive systems.Water depth alongside Berths 20/21 is at a minimum 30’ MLLW Hollow section(s) of A-Frame bases believed to be filled with concrete ballast - exact quantity of ballast used is not known. Cranes are located in Oakland, CA.
