Both Crane and Truck are in need of repair.  Truck has a cracked frame.  While repairing frame would be possible, it would be cost prohibitive – and for this reason, this unit is being sold as a “parts crane.”  Asking price is reflective of items in need of repair.  That said, truck is drive-able and crane is functional.
