Enclosed Cab(carrier), Diesel Engine(carrier), Manual Transmission, 12.00R20 Tires, Enclosed Cab(crane), Detroit Diesel Engine(crane), Mechanical Draw Works, 30 Ton Rated Capacity, Lattice Boom Components. After Jump starting, the carrier engine started and ran. The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse. The hydraulic system was inoperable. The crane engine could not be started. The mechanical draw works could not be operationally checked. Some boom components are cracked/damaged and failed inspection. This item is not complete or fully operational.
