The engine ran after being jump started and using ether, the throttle control did not function. The drivetrain engaged but is sluggish, brakes are inoperable. The hydraulics were operational. IronPlanet cannot generate a NAFTA Certificate for this unit. Buyers from Mexico and Canada should check with their export agent to determine if any additional fees apply.
