BOOM: 71 ft. four section Full power boom with integral holding valve on telescope cylinder. four position, pivoting boom nose.
BOOM ELEVATION: Twin double acting hydraulic cylinders, 0° to 80° with integral holding valves & mechanical angle indicator
RATED CAPACITY LIMITER AND ANTI-TWO BLOCK SYSTEM: Hardwired Wylie i4300 rated capacity limiting system with audio-visual (buzzer/light) warning and function cut-out. Color graphical display of boom length, load radius, boom angle, rated load, and calculated load. Hardwired A2B system is a low-profile style w/audio warning and auto control lock-out.
OPERATOR’S STATION: Chassis mounted cab shell with roof safety glass, suspension seat, and dash mounted pilot operated control levers, gauges for engine functions, tilt steering wheel, electric horn, fire extinguisher, sight level bubble, seat belt, cup holder, and DC electronics charging port.
SWING: 360° continuous rotation, planetary drive on ball bearing swing circle.
COUNTERWEIGHT: One piece cast type bolted to the turntable.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: One variable displacement piston pump, 55-gallon steel reservoir.
HOIST: Planetary drive main hoist with grooved drum with automatic multi-disc brake. Drum rotation indicator in the hoist joystick control and hoist direction indicator light on dashboard.
WIRE ROPE: 390’ of 5/8 inch 35x7 EEIPS+ Rotation Resistant Class 1 rope.
HOOK BLOCK: Two sheave, “Quick Reeve” style hook block, 25 USt ton capacity.
OUTRIGGERS: Hydraulic box/beam style at all four corners with integral check valves and integral steel outrigger pads. Independent control of outriggers and outrigger motion alarm.
ENGINE: Cummins QSB4.5L (Tier III) 4-cylinder turbo charged water cooled diesel, 130 HP @ 2500 rpm, includes Cummins catalyst and SCR device to meet EPA emissions. Requires maximum 15ppm “Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel.” Required for USA and Canada. With air intake grid heater, engine shutdown feature, hour meter and air filter service indicator.
AXLES: Front and rear: planetary drive/steer type. Rear axle oscillates up to 3.5°. 2 wheel and 4 wheel coordinated and crab steering with electronic self-alignment. 4-wheel drive standard.
TRANSMISSION: Powershift, four speeds forward and three speeds reverse.
BRAKES: Four-wheel full hydraulic, internal multi-wet disc brake system with mechanically applied disc type parking brake on transmission.
TIRES: 17.5x25 20 PR bias type tires.
LIGHTS: Full lighting package includes front & rear chassis mounted work lights, rear tail lights, turn indicators, brake and hazard.
MISCELLANEOUS STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Non-skid deck surface, backup alarm, front & rear tie down lugs, dual side rear view mirrors, hook block tie downs, owners USB flash drives (includes operator’s, service/maintenance, and parts manuals, troubleshooting schematics, load charts, and safety book).
