This was never a rental crane.  It was acquired from a Fortune 500 company and was maintained to their standards. 

This crane has been rebuilt in our shop, including but not limited to the following items: 

Stripped (not sandblasted) and examined for structural flaws and repainted in PPG Poly-Urethane primer and topcoat baked at 170 deg. 

Main deck and cab floor have been coated in color matched Rhino guard style non-slip coating.

 All deteriorated hydraulic hoses replaced 

Parking brake shoes replaced 

All fluids changed 

All filters changed 

Boom end sheaves replaced 

New main load cable 

RCL system serviced, calibrated and tested 

Brake system flushed and new fluid installed 

Anti-two block switch replaced on main boom 

New seat 

New weather-stripping on door 

New lights as necessary 

New mirrors 

Fresh annual inspection 

New main wedge socket 

All wheel brakes inspected and adjusted 

Note: This crane currently has its original tires which are in fair condition.  Before shipment, they will be replaced with new tires of the customer’s choice.  Due to this crane being 4 wheel drive the end user may choose a standard rib style tread or, an aggressive off-road style tire.
