1998 Manitowoc 2250 Series III Crawler Crane
Crane was Lifting large concrete insets to become part of the construction project. When lifting a panel, the right lower lift inset snapped causing the panel to swing hitting another panel that was already in place, which resulted in a panel falling onto the crane.
