PTO doesn't have it's own hour meter. Dual winch, comes with block and 2 sheeve McKissick 25 ton block. New hyd pump, many hoses, boom ext cylinder rebuilt, lift cylinder repacked, new computer display, new memory board, deck herculined,all new bubble levels, outriggers rebuilt, drivers cab has new upholstery, new brakes. . All glass is good. Diesel heater is operators cab. A/C in truck cab, cruise control.
