The subject unit bears serial # 073386 and has 3,766 upper hours, 1,428 lower hours. The damages a contained to the boom scope cylinder and the 84 meter boom package that scoped in abruptly as a result of a pinning issue. The 4 section 50 meter boom was not in use at the time of the incident. The unit is equipped with a Y guide suspension superlift package a 275mt block, 85mt block, 37 mt block and a 12 mt ball, 70 meter luffing jib, 3 hoists, boom removal kit and LMI conversion to English.
