This Elevek Construction Hoist is manufacturered in Portugal. It's designed in accordance with ANSI A10.4 which will make the meaurements and safety systems the same as virtually any other Construction Hoist. Where this hoist differs is in design and functions. A series of lights lets the operator know immediately what safety system is not closed to prevent service calls. The car stops at each floor whenever it is slowed from high speed. This makes the floor stops the same every time and releases the building gates that are secured unless the car is present. The gates are made by Elevek. They are robust and of excellent quality. The motors and gearboxes are SEW Eurodrive. They are signifigantly oversized as well as is the Schneider VFD. All of the parts would be available in the US, but we don't suspect that parts will be needed for many years. The system is set up with a C door to assist with loading larger items, or to come in from the side. Small details like using chains and sprockets on the doors instead of cables will lead to a long life. Automatic lubrication removes the human error from the equation with regard to lubricating the rack. And what's really amazing is that the tower crane be configured to be erected up to 131' without a tie in to the building. We also have the jib for this crane so it can be self disassembled.

This hoist is up and running as of the writing of this ad. It is slated to come down in December of 2021 which is when it would come available for purchase.

2001 Liebherr 100 LC Tower Crane

This crane finished a job in February for us and was certified in Washington State. We have 144' of tower and 164' of jib for it. The hoist rope has one year of service. The turntable bearing was inspected 4 years ago and found to be in good condition. The only issue the crane currently has to address is the Fluid Coupler in the swing needs to be replaced. We will do this prior to any sale. This crane is ready to be put back into service.

2007 Saez TL55 Tower Crane

We bought this tower crane in 2016. It has served us well and without fail. with the 1.2 emter or 3'-9" towers, you can place this crane anywhere on a wood frame apartment project. We commonly place them in the elevator shafts on zero lot line jobs. They can reach out to 180' which is great for just about any job. I prefer to keep the reaches to 145' where you have 4300 lbs of capacity at the tip, or a bunk of plywood. The crane has a remote and a zoning system that would come with it. We can configure it with more tower. We have transition towers and K towers that can get you into 10 stories or more. So if you need more height, we can help out with that. We also have anchors for both types and could supply one of those with the crane. Additionally, we do have a cross base system that could be included as well. it accepts the transition towers, or the smaller E type towers. What's really nice about these cranes is that you only need to paint the counter jib, the turntable, and the cabin. In a couple of days you can freshen up the paint and you don't need a team and 3 weeks to get the crane shined up for the job.
