3-Day Spring Auction and COVID-19 Concerns
Amid ongoing concern about the coronavirus COVID-19, Henderson Auctions’ top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our buyers and sellers.
We are a proud American company and will continue to represent our customers with enthusiasm and resolve. Henderson Auctions will not cancel our scheduled 3-Day Spring Auction and will proceed forward with the auction as planned.
3-Day Spring Auction will be Live Virtual Auction
Due to travel restrictions and government mandates limiting the size of gatherings in the State of Louisiana, we encourage you to register to bid through our online bidding platforms. You can find the link on our website on the 3-Day Spring Auction page.We will not be able to accommodate in-person bidding at our location during this auction. However, this auction WILL be a live auction with our team of outstanding professional auctioneers calling the bidding.
How Can You Participate in the Auction as a Bidder?
Please visit our www.hendersonauctions.com to register, place pre-bids and see photos/videos of all our auction lots. To help with the online bidding process we are waiving the 3% online bidding fee. We want to recognize our online platform provider, Proxibid for working with us to make that possible. We are glad to assist you with this process. (Register to Bid Online Here).

Online Bidding at our Live Auctions is Nothing New to the Henderson Team
Henderson Auctions was one of the earliest companies in the industry to adopt online bidding at our live Auctions. Online sales provide a sell-through rate of 83% on our quarterly auctions. This means that online bidders actively bid on 83% of the lots. Our online reach is far and wide. We have website participation from 119 countries. At our regular quarterly auctions like the upcoming 3-Day Spring Auction we have registered online bidders from 48 or more states in the US and from many countries around the world.
Summary
• Onsite bidders will not be allowed due to the proclamation by Governor Edwards restricting the size of gatherings.
• Online bidding fees waived, so costs are the same as in-person bidding.
• Our Livingston, Louisiana auction facility is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for inspections, including during the auction. Please remember that we can onlyhave a total of 50 people at our location, including our staff.
• Loadout period is extended with no additional storage fees.
• Our experienced professionals are available to assist you with the online bidding process.
